2. No Physical Shipping

Since our services are fully digital and advisory in nature:

  • No physical products will be shipped or delivered to any address.

  • All deliverables (if any, such as reports, assessments, or guidance documents) will be sent electronically to the client’s registered email address or through agreed digital platforms.

3. Service Delivery Timeline

  • The delivery or execution timeline of services will be communicated during the booking and confirmation process, generally within 3-7 days.

  • Any specific delivery schedules (such as timelines for consulting reports or sessions) will be mutually agreed upon before commencement of services.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that they provide correct and accessible communication channels (email IDs, contact numbers, etc.) for timely delivery of services.

4. Service Access and Session Details

  • Access details (such as Zoom/Google Meet links, calendar invites, or credentials for collaboration tools) will be shared via email after booking confirmation and payment receipt.

  • Clients are required to ensure internet connectivity and access to the necessary platforms for attending the scheduled sessions.
     

5. Delivery Failure

Varasan Consulting will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete client contact information

  • Client-side technical issues (such as email blocking, spam filters, or internet outages)

  • Failure of the client to attend scheduled online sessions
