All services are subject to availability and acceptance by Varasan Consulting.

  • All bookings must be made via the official Website booking system.

  • Payments must be made as per the instructions provided during the booking process.

  • Booking confirmations will be sent via email.

  • Varasan Consulting reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its sole discretion.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing via pm@varasan.com.

  • Refund eligibility will depend on the timing and nature of the cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy.

  • Varasan Consulting reserves the right to deduct administrative charges from any approved refund.
     

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the intellectual property of Varasan Consulting or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our maximum liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services.
